I am happy to learn that Uttarayan, o social and cultural association of Bengalis of hyderabad, is performing Sree Sree Kali Puja and Diwali Utsav at Ameerpet and bringing out a souvenir to mark the occasion.

I am pleased to know that Uttarayan is taking active part in pursuing various philanthropic activities and voluntary services since its existence for the past 32 years, and I hope that the Organization would continue to render unstinted services to the society in the years to come.

I convey my best wishes to all the members of Uttarayan and I wish the celebrations all success.
